*The Jackpot can be won or shared. Each Jackpot Prize share that has a cash value of less than $250,000 is paid in a single payment. Any Jackpot Prize not won will be added to the next drawing’s Jackpot Prize pool.

*Match 5 Bonus: Whenever the Powerball jackpot reaches a record level, the increase of the jackpot prize will be limited for each draw to no more than $25 million. The prize money collected in excess of the advertised jackpot, will be placed in a pool and will accumulate until there is a jackpot winner. When there is a jackpot winner, the bonus prize option pool will be divided equally among all winners of the Match 5 prize. If there are no Match 5 winners it will roll down to the Match 4/5 + prize level.
Payment: You have 60 days after you claim the jackpot to determine if you want the cash or the annuity option. If you choose the annuity option you will receive your prize over 29 years (30 payments). The jackpot is pari-mutuel. You win other cash prizes when you correctly match other Powerball numbers drawn. Prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the drawing. All prizes for Powerball must be claimed in the state where the ticket was purchased.
The Idaho Lottery is searching for the owner of a lucky powerball ticket, and asking for everyone who bought a ticket for last night's draw to pull it out and carefully re-check it.
The ticket, worth $200,000, could be helping an Idahoan have a much better holiday season. The winning numbers for last night's $66.8 million draw were 12, 13, 14, 35, 41 and the Powerball was 29. The winning ticket matched all five numbers but not the powerball.
Right now, the Lottery is working to verify the location of the winning ticket. There were a total of 6,885 Idaho winners from last night's Powerball draw, including the $200,000 winner.
The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night's draw is an estimated $77 million.
